What we collect

• Lookups. Registration numbers and store addresses you search. The results come from the public lists Texas state agencies publish. For registrations held by individuals, we do not display the person's name.
• Reminders. The email address and, if you choose, the mobile number you give us, the registration they are for, the exact consent wording you agreed to and when, and a one-way hash of your IP address and browser.
• Orders. Your email, the business details you enter for the packet, and payment status from our payment processor. We never collect tax numbers or Social Security numbers, and we never see your card number.

How we use it

To send the reminders you asked for, to build and deliver your packet, and to keep records of consent and orders. We do not sell or rent your information.

Text messages

Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any text to stop them; reply HELP for help.

Site analytics

We measure how the site is used with PostHog and Datadog: pages viewed, searches made (whether a registration was found, not who searched), sign-ups and checkout starts, page speed and errors. We set no analytics cookies, record no screen sessions, mask what you type, and strip private links (packet, confirmation and order links) before anything is sent.

Service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. Text messages are delivered by our messaging provider. Analytics are processed by PostHog and Datadog. They receive only what they need to perform that service.

Your choices

Every reminder email has an unsubscribe link. To see or delete what we hold about you, write to desk@scopesheetpro.com.
